When you report your car stolen in the app, the closest recovery team is notified in milliseconds and co-ordinate 

with law enforcement to assist in the recovery of your vehicle

 

6. Will the GPS tracker drain my car battery?

No, the tracker uses its own battery when your vehicle is off, so it won’t drain your car’s battery.

 

7. How accurate is the GPS system?

TrackMate’s GPS system is accurate within 1 meter.

 

8. Are there subscription fees?

Yes, The monthly fees cover live tracking, recovery services, and costs associated with maintaining secure data

bases as well as home security response. 

 

9. Will the tracker interfere with my car's electronics?

No, the TrackMate tracker requires access to a 12V power source only.

 

10. Will installing TrackMate void my vehicle warranty?

TrackMate uses approved certified installers, and warranties are generally not voided since insurers encourage anti-theft devices however please do check with your insurer and/or vehicle dealer prior to installation.

Yes, Our hardware uses cellphone towers as well as global positioning system satellites and switches automatically

between the two.

TrackMate uses encryption, secure logins, and complies  with regulations to protect your data, which is kept on shore in Canada.
